Job description:
We seek a Waiter/Service for the newly built 5* property in Samos for Season 2022.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer services
- Always strive towards the best customer satisfaction
- Greet customers and present menus
- Make suggestions based on guests’ preferences
- Take and serve food/drinks orders
- Up-sell when appropriate
- Arrange table settings/ maintain proper dining experience
- Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
- Deliver checks and collect payments
- Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
- Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
- Can confidently take an order by asking all relevant questions
- Ensures that all side duties and cleaning schedules are completed as per daily checklists
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality
- Experience with developing a constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and guests
- Experience with a cash register
- Proficiency in English, and multilingualism will be considered an asset
- Wine connoisseur acknowledgement background
