We seek a Maitre for the newly built 5*property in Samos for Season 2022.

The Maitre is to provide efficient and high-quality service and create a warm and hospitable atmosphere for all guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and escort guests with a professional and positive
- Oversee the flow of guests within the
- Manage the reservations and shift
- Organize time effectively, forward plan and prioritize tasks to ensure workload is balanced and urgent situations are dealt with
- Focus on service quality
- Liaise between kitchen staff and floor
- Maintain ambience of restaurant – lighting, music, cleanliness,
- Oversea and proactively deal with guest queries and
- Check and deal with all guests Special Occasion arrangements
- Promote special In-House events (e.g. Winemakers Dinners, Cocktails,
Qualifications:
- Hospitality education
- Experience in a similar position in 5-star luxury hotels.
- A genuine interest and understanding of food and drink – wine and cocktail knowledge are essential.
- Fluency in English
